For security reasons, we do not retain text messages for longer than one month. Any clinically relevant information from texts will be transferred to your secure clinical record.

  • Retention Policy: We retain your therapy records for a period of seven (7) years after the completion of therapy, in accordance with applicable professional regulations. After this period, your records are securely and confidentially destroyed.
